Full Body Massage
Therapeutic massage is the moving of soft tissues of the body using techniques such as kneading, compression, friction and stretching. Some benefits include relaxation, improved circulation, alleviating muscular tension and pain, increasing blood flow to massaged tissues and reduce/release trapped toxins in soft tissues. It can also relieve stress and anxiety. Clients who receive massage on a regular basis experience improved self-esteem, confidence, weight reduction and a more positive outlook. |
Auricular Therapy
Acupuncture is the world's oldest medical science. It has been around foe over 3000 years! Auricular (ear) acupuncture is based on the fact that there are points for the entire body mapped out on the ear's surface. The National Acupuncture Detoxification Association (NADA) has developed a protocol using five points on each ear.

Medical Massage
Medical Massage is very specific in what we treat and how we treat. When an area of the body is injured, the muscle(s) in the area contract to protect the area which causes pain. Specific protocols are followed, a physician submits a order for the medical massage and the patient and therapist work together to achieve the desired outcome. In Medical Massage, treatment is shifted from time-based to outcome based treatment. Select insurance accepted. Please call for details. Lymphatic Drain
Lymphatic Drain Therapy is a method of stimulating your lymph and body fluids. It is a hands-on procedure that will help you eliminate fluid retention, cleanse your body, and eliminate toxins and trapped proteins in your tissues. By activating lymph function and circulation and indirectly stimulates the circulation of the body. It also stimulates your immune system, helps you relax, and release stress and emotional trauma. Lymphatic Drain Therapy also decreases the sympathetic response and stimulates the parasympathetic tone - relaxation, anti-spastic effects, analgesic (anti-pain) actions. |
Craniosacral Therapy
CrainoSacral Therapy assists in achieving structural and systemic balance. During this therapy, you relax, fully clothed, on a massage table while the therapist uses a light touch to hold points of tension along the sacrum, spine, and the cranium. This allows the release of tense muscles, enables proper structural alignment, and aids the nervous system in achieving balance . CranioSacral Therapy may reduce the symptoms of headaches/migraines, low back pain, acute pain, attention deficit disorder, dyslexia, morning sickness, short-term memory loss, numbness in hands/feet, autism. Reflexology
Reflexology began as a therapeutic philosophy in 1917 and addresses the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands which correspond to all of the glands, organs, and parts of the body. It is a unique method of using the thumb and fingers on these reflex areas. There are about 7,200 nerve endings in each foot. Massaging the feet increases circulation, works out areas of tension and congestion and relieves pain. Releasing tension in this area can help to remove waste and ensure proper nerve flow, which aids in overall health and well being. |
